Six years ago, Flourish MGMT embarked on a journey that wasn't just about building an agency but reshaping an entire industry. Today, as we celebrate our sixth birthday, we look back at the remarkable milestones that have propelled us from pioneering beginnings to becoming a seven-figure powerhouse in the influencer marketing realm.

As one of the earliest female-focused influencer agencies, we started with a bold vision centered on influencer trips. Our partnership with brands like Topshop, where we were enlisted as their inaugural influencer agency, marked the outset of an incredible journey. But our scope extended beyond trips; we also crafted events globally, orchestrated photoshoots, facilitated paid partnerships, and managed a roster of exceptional talent.

The turning point arrived during Coachella, an event revered as the 'influencer Olympics.' We were one of the first-ever UK agencies to activate brand trips to Coachella, catapulting us into the forefront of the industry. It was a moment that not only defined our capabilities but also reshaped the norms of influencer activations.

However, the winds of change blew fiercely with the onset of the global pandemic. Our primary service of influencer trips took a hit, demanding swift adaptation. Enter influencer mailers—a pivotal innovation born out of necessity that soon became one of our flagship services. Collaborations with global titans like Disney, Fraser’s Group, Primark, Avon, Baylis & Harding, and Real Techniques underscored our ability to evolve and thrive in challenging times.

In 2022, a transformative chapter unfolded as The FM Group, helmed by Pip Wass and Ian Chinn, acquired a 100% stake in Flourish MGMT Ltd from The Robert Street Hub and former shareholders. This strategic move wasn't just a change in ownership; it was a partnership that promised to elevate us to new heights. The FM Group injected fresh energy and vision, laying the groundwork for expansive growth and thrilling launches over the next three years.

Today, Flourish MGMT stands tall as a seven-figure agency, collaborating with some of the world's most esteemed brands, including L'Oréal, Charlotte Tilbury, Avon, French Connection, and Gymshark. Our journey from inception to this momentous juncture has been marked by unwavering determination, resilience, and a commitment to redefining the boundaries of influencer marketing.
