2017
The start of Flourish MGMT. In 2017 Flourish was officially registered as a business and plans were underway in preparation for the launch of the female-focused influencer & creative agency.

2018
We were one of the first agencies to start influencer trips, recognising their success early on. In 2018 we signed our first clients and activated trips across the globe including the Cotswolds, Coachella and Dubai.

2019
As the business continued to grow, so did our talent roster, which grew by 3x. We doubled in size and won huge contracts becoming Topshop’s first-ever influencer agency which we later won two awards for.

2020
During 2020 and whilst we paused our influencer trips due to COVID measures, creative mailers were born. Understanding the need for brands to keep themselves at the forefront of consumers’ minds, we were able to reach influencers in the comfort of their own homes by seeding products in a creative way.

2021
Flourish MGMT becomes a seven-figure agency and we celebrated a lot… 🥂
Creative mailers and talent management were running full steam ahead and we managed to do our first trip back after Covid to Ibiza (after a lot of testing!) We also moved into our new office in Oxford Circus - a real pinch me moment! -

2022
The Flourish Management Group acquires Flourish MGMT. Founded by Pip Wass (the former co-founder of Flourish MGMT) and Ian Chinn, The FM Group acquired a 100% stake in Flourish MGMT Ltd from The Robert Street Hub and former shareholders.
