Pip is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Flourish Management. She is the innovative, creative brain behind Flourish campaigns, with many years of experience in photography and videography production as well as her in house experience in; brand, social media, in-store marketing, and PR, Pip combines her insider knowledge with her agency creativity to create the ultimate influencer and creative campaigns.

Having worked for some of the UK’s biggest retailers including; Argos, Sports Direct (and the Sports Direct brands) Dunelm and I Saw it First, Pip knows what it takes to make a campaign stand out, not only online but also in-store.

Being one of the first ‘Influencer Photographers’ in the Industry, Pip was one of the first to do Influencer trips. From shooting one of Pretty Little Things first ever Influencer Video Lookbooks in Santorini to hosting influencer Activations in Portugal and Ibiza when working for I Saw it First, she has many years of experience creating and executing Influencer Activations and Campaigns.

When did you start Flourish?

We registered the business in September 2017 but didn’t start full time until January 2018.

What does your typical day involve at work?

I wake up, roll out of bed, get ready and go straight on a dog walk with my Boyfriend and Mollie our dog, with a vanilla Latte in hand. I then make my way to the office where I catch up with the team in the mornings. After that I start planning campaigns and activations we have up and coming, this is everything from; branding napkins, designing step and repeat boards, planning and building table centres, to shot lists and location hunting for campaign shoots. I also work with Aundrea with client relations to plan their campaigns to ensure it is as bespoke and tailored as possible to give it maximum effect.

Finally I’ll work with Mollie our Creative Exec and Liv our Creative Intern to work on our social media, any graphic or photographic projects etc.

Once finished at work I’ll leave the office, head to the gym and then back home for some dinner, Netflix and chilling.

What do you love most about Flourish?

That I get to work with people I love every day, and that it combines everything I love into one role, I wanted to own my own business from a young age and always knew I wanted to do something creative but didn’t want to be purely a photographer, Flourish combines everything I love - Creative Direction, Brand Marketing, Hands on crafts, working with like minded people as well as photography and videography.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not at work?

Currently I’m doing candle making and yoga in my spare time, I usually do something active like going to the gym and dog walks and I also love bottomless brunches with my friends.

What is a quote you live by?

You’ve gotta risk it for a biscuit - The title of my future book haha

What has been your favourite Flourish achievement / moment?

There are so many, a few off the top of my head would be signing our first client Lulu’s for our first Flourish activation to Dubai, we literally jumped up and down in Aundrea’s living room! I had a moment when we arrived in Palm Springs for our first Coachella activation - it was a pinch me moment, and signing our Topshop retainer was a real childhood dream achieved.
