Everything you need to know about our managing director Aundrea


Aundrea is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Flourish Management. With over 11 years experience in Marketing & PR both in house and agency side, Aundrea brings a wealth of knowledge in seeking content and coverage opportunities for the entertainment, fashion & film industries. Having moved to London from Sydney in 2017, Aundrea joined and built the marketing team to launch the very popular women’s e-tailer I Saw It First as Senior Marketing Manager which helped to build her reputation in the UK within both the press and influencer sectors. With a passion for all things marketing, Aundrea’s vast experience helps drive the business forward and ensures that the customer is at the heart of all client campaigns. With all campaigns she works on, her recipe for success is simple; A campaign must be inspirational and engaging as well as educational.

When did you start Flourish?

Technically we registered the company in 2017, however we did not commence trading until January 2018.

What does a typical day in your life look like?

I usually wake up between 6:30am-7:00am and do a workout, have breakfast with my husband and enjoy a nice coffee at home before I leave. I also use this time to catch up on any urgent emails that require my response. I also walk to the office which is a really pleasant way to start my day.

As MD, my involvement at Flourish is overseeing the various departments in the company, my day to day is usually meeting with our senior management team including our PR Manager & Senior Talent Manager to sign off campaigns & content, work on new business development, working with our Accounts and HR teams as well as weekly client meetings. When I’m not on a Flourish influencer trip or at an event, I’m usually building campaigns & contracts, planning activations and seeking coverage opportunities.

On a regular day I’ll usually leave the office around 5:30pm, when I’m on an event we tend to finish up anywhere between 8pm - 11pm or if we’re on an influencer trip I will usually make sure everything is wrapped up and organised at the end of the evening.

If you could be any meal what would you be?

Can I be two? I’d either be a burrito bowl because I’m spicy, too much to handle, full of flavour and a little bit cheesy! Or an acai bowl because I love them.

What do you love most about Flourish?

I love our team. I am very blessed to be able to work and spend 40 hours a week with such creative, intelligent, kind, funny and hardworking individuals. I love learning from them as much as they learn from me. I am also incredibly passionate about driving ROI and positive sentiment for our clients and influencers as I love seeing people succeed! It’s also such a great feeling to be able to curate, execute and manage campaigns with the flexibility of running your own agency.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not at work?

I love travelling the world, I caught the travel bug early as a child as my mum worked for an airline so whenever I can I will visit a new city or country with my husband. I also love live music so I’m often out watching gigs with my friends or going out for wine! I also love exploring London by foot, so will go for really long walks and experiencing a new cafe/restaurant or bar. London is so rich in culture that it’s such a buzz to walk outside and see all the unique and wonderful businesses that exist.

The grass is greener where you water it!

What has been your favourite Flourish achievement / moment?

Gosh so many!! Hosting a London Fashion Week party for Topshop was pretty amazing or getting to travel the world with great people is an incredible feeling! I vividly remember I had a moment when I was floating around the pool of our villa in Palm Springs before we went to our first Coachella thinking about how incredible a life and business this was, I also had that same feeling when we were in Paris last year watching the fireworks at Euro Disney! It’s great to reap the benefits of the hard work we put into our campaigns.
